Our Services
75T Marine Travel Hoist
Our 75T Marine Travel Hoist is available to lift and launch from our new hoist dock or our slipway. To supplement the hoist there is a 50T remote controlled boat mover capable of safely moving craft around the yard and throughout our covered maintenance facilities as well as a 55T mobile crane for smaller boats, racing yachts, mast and rigging work
Boat Repair Workshops
Our boat repair workshops offer over 4000m2 of covered facilities for boats up to 20mt LOA. The workshops will be fully equipped to enable the most in depth of maintenance and repair activities.
Generous Hard Standing
We have over 3 acres of hard standing available for boat or marine equipment storage. A drystack capability is planned for the near future and currently we have plenty of safe and secure land which is uniquely sheltered in a prime waterfront location.
Deep Water Berthing
Our 150m stretch of deep water quay is where the Royal Yacht used to sail from to take Queen Victoria across to Osbourne House on the IoW. It now provides sheltered berthing for large boats and is complemented with servicing pontoons, electricity and fresh water.
Dry Storage
In revitalising some of the older buildings on the site we can house over 3000m2 of marine equipment safely and securely.
Business Units to Rent
We can offer office space or workshop space in a number of buildings which provide the tenant with excellent waterfront access and the potential to build efficient business relationships as part of a strategically located marine servicing hub.
